Piipaash Course

The Piipaash Course at Talking Stick Golf Club (formally know as the South Course) is the more conventional, parkland-style companion to the minimalist O'odham layout.  It offers a refined yet strategic experience designed by Bill Coore and Ben Crenshaw. Course Highlights Tree-lined Fairways & Raised Greens The course features lush eucalyptus and cottonwood flanking each hole, contrasting the open desert of the O'odham. Greens are elevated and well-protected by bunkers and slopes.   Strategic Simplicity Piipaash provides a straightforward "what you see is what you get" layout-no hidden tricks, but precise shot-making is still required to stay in play and hold the raised greens. Parkland meets Desert Character Designed for an aerial game, it blends traditional course styling with desert vistas visible beyond the surrounding trees.
