Having started his career in In 1996 Karvis took those skills and joined Chef Eddie Matney at Eddie’s Grill in Karvis continues to do cooking classes around the Valley and participates in many events including Flavor of Phoenix, Zoofari, Phoenix Cooks and The Taste @ Kierland Commons and many others. Karvis has also had the honor of working at other fine dining establishments throughout his career such as Wolfgang Puck’s Obachine, Mark Tarbell’s, Barmouche and Michael’s At The Citadel and Bistro America as well as helping create the menu and execute a James Beard Dinner in 1999. Patrick continues to use only the best of ingredients as well as implementing local ingredients onto the Wildhorse Grille menu. Patrick has a wonderful family with his wife Katie, daughter Lily - 5 months and two sons, Payton - 9 and Kyle -18.
